CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you respect the following policy: * 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or appointment changes. * Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. * No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. * Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the appointment safely and properly. * Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit to book future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings. * Deposits are applied toward your service total. If you cancel with proper notice, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to work with you.
